Description

  • Lead and manage the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing (high volume).
  • Drive process consolidation and standardisation across multiple business units.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure payroll compliance and best practice.
  • Provide strategic direction to enhance efficiency and accuracy in payroll operations.
  • Monitor and report on payroll performance metrics and compliance standards.
  • Champion change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
  • Build capability within the payroll team through coaching and professional development.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT to align payroll strategy with broader business objectives.

Profile

  • Proven experience in payroll leadership with a strong focus on strategic change management.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of payroll compliance and governance.
  • Experience with payroll systems implementation or optimisation is highly desirable.
  • Ability to coach and develop junior team members.

Job Offer

  • $130,000 + super
