About the role
Reporting to our Manager of Executive Services you will be responsible for day-to-day administrative support in our Head Office as a part-time job shared position. You will possess highly developed communication and problem-solving skills and an ability to work effectively in an inter-disciplinary team. This role will include assisting with meeting room bookings and room preparations data entry general administration support including reception work. As an office all-rounder youll also manage travel bookings internal mail and receiving internal and external mail deliveries.
What youll bring
Before you can be considered for this role well need make sure you possess the following:
- Previous experience in similar role is desirable
- Excellent communication skills including phone manner and greeting
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- National Police Check
- Evidence of Influenza vaccination
- Full working rights in Australia
