The Opportunity

Recruitment Consultant – 12-month fixed-term parental leave contract, ending March 2027, based at our Head Office in Ringwood, Victoria.

Drive recruitment excellence by coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes and sourcing new opportunities through strategic reverse marketing. Deliver exceptional customer service while successfully placing quality candidates with host employers across diverse industry sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute high-quality, end-to-end recruitment processes from advertisement to offer
  • Source, assess, and interview candidates across various specialisations
  • Build strategic relationships with business partners and stakeholders
  • Deliver superior customer service and supply quality candidates to clients
  • Manage and develop active talent pools through reverse marketing
  • Maintain recruitment systems, records, and generate vacancy reports
  • Drive continuous improvement through performance measurement and feedback

About You

As an experienced Recruitment Consultant, you'll bring:

  • Proven high-volume, end-to-end recruitment experience
  • Experience recruiting within the IT sector will be highly valued
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic relationship building capabilities
  • Strong understanding of recruitment practices and methodologies
  • Knowledge of job offer processes and industry regulations
