Responsibilities :
- Expertly manages and leads kitchen operations with confidence and precision
- Design innovative, trend-driven dishes and special event menus
- Cater to diverse dietary requirements with expertise
- Uphold the highest hygiene and safety standards
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and productive workplace
- Keep costs under control without compromising quality
About You:
- Have at least 12 months of full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered)
- Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance is provided)
- Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience in leading a similar banquets and functions role (hotel background preferable)
- Thrive under pressure, staying calm and in control while keeping everything running smoothly.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills, plus flexible availability on weekends and evenings
- Holding a Food Safety and/or HACCP certificate, you’re ready to make every shift a success!
