What You'll Be Doing

Are you ready to elevate your career to the next level? We're seeking Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver IT projects across applications, infrastructure, and operations, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and operational efficiency. In the initial 12 months you’ll have the opportunity to drive:

ERP Integration and Expansion

• Drive the integration of ERP projects, specifically HR and Finance systems.
• Lead the selection and implementation of adjacent ERP systems such as Revenue Assurance and Workforce Management, ensuring seamless interoperability and business continuity.

Technology Environment Separation

• Oversee the migration of residual IT assets into the CTM environment.
• Ensure a secure, efficient, and minimally disruptive transition through robust planning and execution.

Key Accountabilities

• Delivery, Iteration Management, Governance and Execution Accountable for delivering prioritised backlog items to production, adhering to IT governance and delivery methodologies. Lead planning and execution of project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and resources, ensuring delivery within agreed parameters.
• Stakeholder Communication and Management Manage expectations across executive stakeholders and IT delivery teams. Ensure alignment with ERP delivery teams (HR and Finance) and maintain clear, consistent communication across internal and external stakeholders.
• Risk Management Proactively identify and manage risks and issues that may impact project success. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimise disruption and maintain momentum.
• Resource Management Allocate and manage project resources, including personnel and budget. Continuously assess and optimise resource utilisation to support efficient delivery.
• Quality Assurance Define and monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet agreed quality standards. Implement quality control processes and adjust as needed to maintain delivery excellence.
• Change Management Develop and execute change management strategies to support transitions, such as the new telephony system. Ensure smooth adoption and engagement from end-users.
• Vendor Management Build and maintain strong relationships with current and future vendors. Ensure resource availability and alignment with delivery plans, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Leadership Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project teams. Lead by example, drive change, and foster accountability and collaboration across the enterprise.
• Continuous Improvement Promote a culture of continuous improvement by challenging the status quo and encouraging innovation within the project team.

What Sets You Apart

• Minimum 8 years’ experience leading complex, large scale integration projects and ERP implementations
• Experience migrating systems and data.
• Experience operating within traditional and contemporary delivery models (Waterfall / Agile / Hybrid) and ability to apply the appropriate model as required.
• Excellent written and verbal communications from Executives to delivery team.
• Technical knowledge in one or more areas – infrastructure, data and/or development.
• Effective end to end stakeholder management skills to help the team in managing stakeholder expectations and co-ordination of tasks
