While headquartered in Melbourne , the organisation is expanding its services across NSW and South-East Queensland , creating strong opportunities for growth and career progression. The team is known for its collaborative culture, streamlined systems, and strong admin support that enables clinicians to focus on delivering high-quality care.
Role Overview
- Caseload: A balanced mix of Support at Home , General Footcare , and Diabetic Footcare , with a split caseload across Home Care Package (HCP) and NDIS clients .
- Workload Split: Approximately 85% client-facing/on the road and 15% admin .
Travel & Efficiency
- Operate within an efficient 40-minute service radius from home.
- Clients are scheduled in 10-15-minute groupings to reduce travel time and maximise productivity.
Career Progression
- Clear pathway to a Team Lead position as the Melbourne division expands with an additional 2-3 podiatrists .
Salary & Benefits
- Base Salary: $115,000 – $130,000 + super + bonuses
- Bonuses (based off revenue):
Most clinicians earn an additional $300-$500 per month
Top performers earn up to $1,500 per month extra
