Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a customer focused and dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our team in the Echuca clinic . This role is a Part-Time Position with flexibility working Monday to Friday 3 Days a week, shifts between 8am-5.30pm.

What will you be doing?

• Be the first point of contact for patients at reception.
• Make appointments for multiple modalities (e.g. x-ray, MRI, ultrasound).
• Providing excellent customer service and patient care.
• Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, colleagues and managers

Our Ideal Candidate

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service Experience
• Experience in reception and administration is preferred, however not essential as comprehensive training is provided
• Flexible working autonomously and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
