We are looking for a casual cook to join our Richmond team. The successful candidate will work about 15- 20 hours per week, with on weekdays and weekends is essential.

What we’re looking for:

• At least 1 year of experience in a café kitchen.

• A genuine interest in café-style food and a desire to grow your skills.

• High standards, a strong sense of urgency, and self-discipline.

• A passion for great food and coffee, always striving to raise the bar.

• The ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining quality.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Preparing and serving café-style food daily.

• Assisting with food prep and following set procedures to ensure consistency.

• Maintaining the kitchen to a high standard of hygiene and safety.

• Keeping the kitchen space clean, organised, and running smoothly.
