Your new role
As Senior Product Designer, you will drive UX research, usability testing, IA development, journey mapping, wireframing and prototyping to help shape intuitive user experiences. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders across digital, IT, marketing, data and external agencies to translate customer insights into meaningful design solutions.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Strong experience in user research, usability methodologies and HCD principles.
- Ability to deliver high‑quality wireframes, IA, prototypes and customer journeys.
- Skilled communicator able to manage stakeholder relationships across technical and non‑technical teams.
- Experience using tools such as Figma, analytics platforms and modern CMS.
