Front End Loader Operator – Waterloo Corner

About the Role:
Heidelberg Materials is seeking an experienced Front End Loader Operator to join the team at our high output site to service the Waterloo Corner precast segment project .

Shift Pattern:

• 12-hour shifts
• Day Shift & Night Shift
• 7/3 and 7/4 rotating day and night shifts

In your new role, you will be:

• Operating a front-end loader to support production by maintaining steady material flow across the site.
• Completing daily pre-start checks and reporting maintenance issues promptly
• Working closely with the project team to meet production and safety targets
• Maintaining clean, safe, stockpiles and work areas

What You'll Bring:

• Previous experience operating a front-end loader in quarry, construction or similar environments
• Valid loader ticket and driver's licence
• Strong commitment to safety and safe work practices
• Ability to work efficiently around fixed and mobile plant
• A reliable, proactive and team-focused attitude
