We’re looking for a Rostering Coordinator to join our operations team and help coordinate services for our clients and Support Workers. In this role, you’ll manage daily scheduling, respond to changes and help ensure our clients receive consistent, high-quality support.
This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys problem solving, coordinating moving parts and working closely with people.
The Role
- Build and manage daily service schedules for Support Workers and clients
- Match clients with the most suitable Support Workers to ensure continuity of care
- Respond to schedule changes, cancellations and shift updates
- Communicate with clients, Support Workers and internal teams about rostering updates
- Ensure rosters align with awards, compliance requirements and business guidelines
- Monitor service coverage and resolve scheduling gaps quickly
- Maintain accurate rostering records and system updates
Please note this position is part time – 3 days a week.
About You
- Experience in rostering, scheduling, workforce coordination or service coordination
- Strong organisation and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Confidence working with rostering systems and digital tools
- A team-first attitude and commitment to supporting frontline staff
Experience in aged care, home care, disability or community services will be highly regarded.
