We are excited to announce the creation of a new leadership position: National Estimating Manager
If you’re an experienced Estimating Manager who enjoys leading people, improving systems and still staying close to the detailâthis could be the role you’ve been waiting for.
We’re looking for a National Estimating Manager to lead and support our estimating teams across Australia. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role where you’ll have real influence over people, process and performance.
The Role
As National Estimating Manager, you’ll provide strategic and operational leadership to our estimating function nationally. You’ll work closely with State Managers, Operations and senior leadership to ensure estimates are accurate, compliant, competitive and delivered on time.
This role is a mix of people leadership, process improvement and technical oversightâideal for someone who enjoys mentoring others and lifting capability across teams.
