Mackellar is proud to collaborate with Bravus as the mining services contractor at the Carmichael Mine, helping drive employment and economic growth across regional Queensland. With operations now in full production at our Galilee Basin site, we’re continuing to expand our workforce.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a Leading Hand or Supervisory role (or demonstrated step-up experience)
• Extensive background as a multi-skilled operator in a mining environment, including Excavators >400t, D10/D11 Dozers, Graders, and Haul Trucks
• Relevant RII competencies, signed off within the past 5 years
• S1, S2, S3, and G2 certifications
• Current Standard 11 and a valid manual driver’s licence
• Strong commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
• Flexibility and a proactive approach as a team member
• Ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities and collaborate on practical solutions
