About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Process Analysis
- Partner with key stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate detailed business requirements, ensuring alignment with both user needs and strategic objectives.
- Conduct thorough investigations of existing business processes, procedures, and work practices to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
Optimisation & Solution Design
- Identify, evaluate, and address system and process inefficiencies, recommending optimal practices that enhance system functionality, behaviour, and overall performance.
- Develop comprehensive functional specifications and clear system specifications for developers, utilising data and process modelling techniques to ensure robust design.
Project & Implementation Management
- Apply project management methodologies to develop detailed project plans, accurately cost projects, manage resources, and oversee the full project lifecycle.
- Take ownership of solution deployment, including creating and executing system test plans to guarantee system quality, integrity, and readiness for production.
Training, Documentation & Support
- Produce high-quality user documentation and training materials and deliver formal training sessions to ensure effective system adoption.
- Serve as the central reference point for system-related decisions, providing expert guidance and information throughout the project decision-making process.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar role, with strong capabilities in requirements gathering, process modelling, and functional specification development.
- Solid understanding of project management principles and experience managing projects from conception to implementation.
- Demonstrated ability to develop test plans, deliver user training, and create detailed technical documentation.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a solutions-focused mindset.
- Must have the relevant qualification.
