About the role:
As we continue to grow and evolve, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Champion to join our team in Gillman. The position is permanent full-time, working Monday to Friday.
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responding to enquiries and providing high-quality support in a lively and fast-paced environment.
About you:
- Passionate about customer service with transport experience being a bonus but not mandatory.
- Resourceful to find information, navigate systems and work to resolve customer enquiries in a timely manner.
- Multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
- Active listener with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate composure and resilience under pressure and effectively navigate challenging customer interactions.
- Dedicated to ongoing improvement by identifying challenges, opportunities and implementing effective solutions.
- A team player that is driven to contribute to the team’s overall success.
