Core Talent are recruiting a Finance Business Partner on behalf of a leading mining services business based in their luxury offices within Perth CBD. The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for supporting management by completing the company’s accounting requirements. This is a great opportunity to become part of a leading branded business.
The Finance Business Partner key duties will include:
- Manage month-end processes, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across departments
- Produce monthly board reports including cash flows
- Deliver financial analysis and insights to support business and board-level decisions
- Maintain and enhance internal controls, process documentation, and system improvements
- Support the Finance Manager with ad hoc tasks
Key skills required
- Degree qualified in Accounting or Finance, CPA/CA qualified (or working towards)
- Experience in a similar role within a large organisation
- Confident with excel and knowledge of Power Bi
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong analytical and communication skills
- A proactive and collaborative team player
