The Legal Team is based in our Head Office in North Ryde, NSW. The location of this role is flexible for the right candidate, with a mix of in person in the office and working from home. Reporting to the Head of Legal – South Pacific, you will provide practical, commercially focused legal advice across BOC Limited and its South Pacific entities, including South Pacific Welding, Elgas Limited and Select Logistics & Transport, supporting operations across Australia and New Zealand.

What You Will Enjoy Doing

• Deliver hands‑on legal advice across commercial, procurement and strategic matters
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, deeds and NDAs
• Identify, assess and manage legal risk across business activities
• Partner with, influence and coach stakeholders on legal and compliance matters
• Support the implementation and maintenance of legal compliance frameworks, policies and training

What Makes You Great

• Full qualifications as a lawyer or solicitor with between 1 and 6 post‑admission experience
• Strong experience in commercial contracts across sales and procurement; M&A exposure highly regarded
• Solid commercial judgement with a practical, solutions‑focused approach
• Ability to translate complex legal issues into clear, actionable advice
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, operational business environment
• Knowledge of competition and consumer law is desirable
