Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of children.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
• Assess and monitor children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational programme and share best practices.
• Organise and participate in school events and activities that promote community involvement.
• Maintain accurate records of children's development and behaviour.
• Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders regarding children's progress and needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• 2 Years Experience in 3 Year Old Kindergarten in a Long Day care Setting
• Current registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and educational practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
