The Role
As part of the New England North West specialist multidisciplinary Palliative Care Hub, you will provide medical services to palliative care patients across:
* Inpatient settings
* Community-based care
* Residential aged care facilities
* Remote outreach services
* Telehealth consultations
You will work within a collaborative and supportive team environment focused on delivering patient-centred, compassionate care across the region.
