What will this role involve?

• Leading your team of Enrolled Nurses and Carer’s to ensure that our resident’s are looked after with a high level of attentiveness, kindness and respect.
• Communicating with residents, team members and families to ensure that things are followed up promptly and effectively
• Role modelling behavior and attitudes that are required of care staff, in order to facilitate a culture of honesty and integrity.
