Role Overview:
As the Academic Leader, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction for the academic program for grades K-8. You will work closely with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of a high-quality education that meets the needs of all students.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the academic program for grades K-8.
• Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement a curriculum that is aligned with the American curriculum standards and educational objectives.
• Oversee the implementation of effective teaching and learning strategies that promote student engagement and achievement.
• Monitor and evaluate the academic performance of students and provide support and guidance to teachers to improve student outcomes.
• Lead professional development initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of teachers.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents, students, and the community.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Collaborate with other school leaders to achieve the school's strategic goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field.
• Western-trained with extensive experience in educational leadership, preferably in an American curriculum school.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development, instructional strategies, and assessment practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
• Fluent in English, with Arabic language skills considered a plus.
