Accounts Administration Officer – 12 month contract

Part Time – 4 days per week (30.4 hours) Can be worked over 4 or 5 days per week.

Job Description

To provide assistance with the accounts process for Next Health, in accordance with MedHealth and Next Health finance policy, practices and procedures (under the direction of the Accounts Team Leader, Operations Manager and/or General Manager) by undertaking a range of accounts- related duties.

To coordinate and deliver a range of high quality, customer-focused business administration support and duties for the provision of independent medical assessment and advice to Next Health team members, consultants, customers, clients and visitors.

  • Manage account queries from customers, clients and consultants.
  • Manage account related queries from MedHealth.
  • Maintain consultant and customer details, records of invoices issued, cost centre codes, corporate card expenses and other relevant information.
  • Final quality check of reports.
  • Invoicing of reports.
  • Invoicing of appointments.
  • Consultant vouchers.
  • Auditing and tracking requirements.
  • Monitor prepaid accounts.
  • Debt management and collection process.
  • Assist with the preparation of the consultants’ payments.
  • Ordering of general office stationery supplies and other orders.
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated experience in an Accounts Officer role or similar role.
  • Full WA driver’s license and own transport.
  • Experience in coordinating and delivering a range of high quality, customer focused business administration support.
  • Ability to effectively assist challenging consultants, customers, clients or visitors.
  • Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
