We’re on the lookout for a switched-on Administration Assistant to amplify our administrative operations. As a crucial support player, you’ll manage a variety of administrative tasks and charm the socks off clients and stakeholders ensuring our healthcare services run seamlessly.

What you’ll do
No two days are the same — you’ll get hands‑on experience across admin, systems, and people support.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, client referrals and other correspondence, deftly directing enquiries like a pro.
- Support our amazing consultants with booking client and referrer engagement appointments.
- Keep our records shipshape and our database (ACT!) gleaming, safeguarding data integrity and confidentiality.
- Assist with coordinating pre-employment and onboarding activities for new team members.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for staff members as required.
- Arranging team events and ad hoc project work.
- Handle general office duties such as ordering supplies, greeting visitors, processing mail etc.

About You
- Previous experience in admin, office support or a similar role
- Comfortable with tech (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams — and happy to learn new systems)
- Organised, reliable and great with details
- Friendly and confident communicating with different people
- Trustworthy and professional when handling sensitive information
- Able to juggle tasks and stay calm when things get busy
- Experience in healthcare or insurance is a bonus, not a must
