We’re looking for a hands-on, customer-focused Branch Manager to oversee the preparation, delivery, and collection of our vehicle fleet. You’ll lead a local team, ensure operational excellence, and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and referral partners.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll manage branch operations, lead your team, and oversee day-to-day vehicle logistics and customer delivery, including:

  • Coordinating the preparation, delivery, return, and maintenance of Compass vehicles
  • Managing daily workflows and supporting your team’s performance
  • Providing hands-on support to ensure vehicles are cleaned and ready for delivery
  • Leading by example in customer service and issue resolution
  • Completing branch reports and documentation accurately and on time
  • Conducting vehicle inspections and ensuring all vehicles meet Compass standards
  • Collaborating with the Senior Branch Manager to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Ensuring safety, compliance, and cleanliness across the branch

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years in a face-to-face customer service role
  • Previous experience managing or leading a small team (preferred)
  • Strong communication, logistics, and problem-solving skills
  • High level of computer literacy and confidence using multiple systems
  • Strong administration and time management ability
  • Experience in the rental, fleet, or vehicle industry (advantageous)
  • Understanding of logistics in the motor trade, smash repair, or dealerships (ideal but not essential)
  • A current Australian driver’s licence
