About the Role
As a Team Member you will be responsible for working alongside a team to maintain and enhance green spaces on extreme steep slopes across our various council-controlled roadsides and open spaces within Brisbane.
This position is ideal for someone who:
- Enjoys heights
- Has a keen eye for detail and takes pride in their work.
- Operate various mowing equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain and perform regular inspections on equipment
- Ensure lawns and green spaces are maintained to a high standard
- Complete service requests as required
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures

What are we looking for
- Previous experience in brush cutting
- Must have valid working at heights licence
- Valid Manual Drivers Licence
- White Card
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team and/or individually
- Be punctual and reliable
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions ranging from hot summer days to cooler winter months
- Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards
