Business Development Manager

KSEC Australia is currently looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Manager to join our growing Melbourne team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and driving business growth across multiple industries including security, logistics, construction, events and commercial operations.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Conduct outreach through calls, email, networking and LinkedIn

• Arrange meetings and site visits with potential clients

• Prepare proposals and assist with business growth strategies

• Represent KSEC professionally and confidently

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated, proactive and organised

• Experience in business development, sales or client relations preferred

• Confident speaking with businesses and decision-makers

• Experience in security, facilities or services industry is a bonus
