The Opportunity
As Clinical Lead Veterinarian, you will play a key role in both clinical care and team leadership, helping shape the direction of the clinic while maintaining excellence in patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality medical and surgical care
- Mentor and support GP veterinarians
- Contribute to clinic leadership, strategy, and development
- Support performance reviews, training, and team growth
- Provide guidance to nursing and support staff
