Your new role
As a Collections Officer, you'll manage a portfolio of residential mortgage accounts in arrears, taking ownership from early arrears through to hardship and legal recovery where required. This is a hands on, end to end role within a regulated lending environment.

• Manage residential mortgage arrears portfolios
• Act as the primary contact for borrowers experiencing financial difficulty
• Assess financial information and hardship requests
• Negotiate repayment arrangements to restore accounts
• Issue notices and manage correspondence in line with legislative requirements

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in mortgage collections within a lending environment

• Strong knowledge of hardship assessment and regulated collections

• Exposure to legal escalation or recoveries processes (preferred)

• Clear, professional communication with an empathetic approach

• A reliable, accountable work style suited to a structured hybrid model
