The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to new and existing customers across multiple ordering channels. This is a back-of-house role that is hands‑on and fast‑paced, suited to someone who enjoys variety, thrives on organisation, and takes pride in resolving customer needs efficiently and accurately.
You will be responsible for managing customer enquiries and order processing, ensuring all interactions meet defined service level agreement while maintaining a consistently positive customer experience. Working across inbox management, order entry and stakeholder coordination, you will balance competing priorities with care and attention to detail.
This role offers exposure to a broad range of internal stakeholders and systems, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build strong operational and customer service capability within a large, values‑driven organisation. Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service across phone and email channels, ensuring all interactions align with service level expectations

Process customer orders accurately and within cut-off timelines

Manage enquiry queue, with high attention to detail, ensuring prompt action and clear follow-through

Follow up on customer and stakeholder enquiries and resolve issues with efficiency and empathy

Collaborate with Sales, Regional Managers, Logistics and the broader Customer Support team to enhance the customer experience
About you

Proven experience in customer service or order management environments

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Intermediate SAP and CRM experience desirable

A collaborative, adaptable team player committed to continuous improvement and professional development
