Desktop Support Level 2 (Junior-Mid) needed for a 6-month contract Your new company
Hays has partnered with one of the leading Australian beverage companies to appoint a level 2 desktop support to an initial 6-month contract with the potential to extend or be taken on permanently.

Your new role
As the IT support specialist, your key duties will be to:

  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and implement mutually beneficial changes.
  • Deliver proactive service and support for strategic and regional initiatives.
  • Combine BAU tasks with transformational work to drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with its key business partners.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Have experience with ServiceNow
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Balance multiple competing priorities
  • Have experience with all things Microsoft
  • Be able to prioritise the ticketing system but also have hands-on experience
