Desktop Support Level 2 (Junior-Mid) needed for a 6-month contract Your new company
Hays has partnered with one of the leading Australian beverage companies to appoint a level 2 desktop support to an initial 6-month contract with the potential to extend or be taken on permanently.
Your new role
As the IT support specialist, your key duties will be to:
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and implement mutually beneficial changes.
- Deliver proactive service and support for strategic and regional initiatives.
- Combine BAU tasks with transformational work to drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with its key business partners.
What you'll need to succeed
- Have experience with ServiceNow
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Balance multiple competing priorities
- Have experience with all things Microsoft
- Be able to prioritise the ticketing system but also have hands-on experience
