Developer Programmer
Location: Perth, WA
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 + super (commensurate with experience)
Ka-Cheng Property Group is seeking a skilled Developer Programmer to join our Perth-based team on a full-time basis. This role will support the design, development and integration of software systems across business operations, customer platforms and data environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test and maintain software applications and internal systems
- Analyse system requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Develop and optimise data pipelines and analytics frameworks to improve performance reporting
- Implement and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into customer service and operational workflows
- Build and maintain APIs and system integrations across multiple platforms
- Centralise and automate digital communication systems through custom software solutions
- Ensure software solutions are scalable, secure and well documented
- Troubleshoot, debug and enhance existing applications
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver efficient and reliable technical solutions
Skills and Experience:
- Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a developer or programmer role
- Strong experience with modern programming languages and frameworks
- Experience with data analytics, system integrations and API development
- Exposure to AI or machine learning integrations (including LLMs) highly regarded
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
