- Analyse digital sales funnel performance and deliver actionable insights to improve acquisition and conversion.
- Support A/B and multivariate testing across digital journeys — from setup to interpreting results.
- Maintain and enhance tracking frameworks, tagging, and campaign measurement across digital platforms.
- Identifyoptimisation opportunities across the customer apply flow and support eecution of improvements.
- Build dashboards, reports and performance summaries for stakeholders and senior leaders.
- Eperience with digital analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics, including tagging and QA, isessential.
- Outstanding numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and eperimentation principles.
- A curiosity for digital optimisation, customerbehaviourand continuous improvement.
- Eceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate across digital, product,marketingand analytics teams.
- Familiarity with SQL andvisualisationtools such as Tableau is highly desirable.
