We’re looking for a reliable and knowledgeable Disability Support Worker to join our team in Hayfield. This is a casual role offering 10 hours per week initially with the possibility for more in the future.
Location: Heyfield
About the Role:
You will be supporting clients to build independence and stay connected to their community by assisting with daily living tasks, community access, meal preparation, and behaviour support in line with individual plans.
Requirements:
Current Working With Children Check
Valid Victoria Drivers Licence
Access to a Reliable Vehicle
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Relevant experience in Disability Support or Aged Care
Certificate 3 Individual support admired but not required
