Your role
As an Electrical Engineer you'll guide purposeful work that supports the future of the Qld Industrial Business. Collaborating with a diverse, multidisciplinary team, y ou’ll explore integrated solutions, offer thoughtful perspectives, and partner with clients to help them build a more sustainable world.
What You’ll Be Doing
This role is based in Brisbane, participating in the delivery of key projects with several of our local and national clients and provide specialist technical expertise. Guidance and supervision of junior staff and working with other professional and technical staff to ensure successful delivery of projects within time, quality, cost and stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities

- Technical design lead for packages and small projects.
- Work with colleagues from other disciplines to deliver complete multi-disciplinary projects.
- Manage, mentor and supervise junior engineers.
- Monitor project progress, expenditure, and performance outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with clients and assist in successfully driving opportunities to successful outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement and support best-practice standards.

What You’ll Bring
You blend technical knowledge with empathy and big-picture thinking. You're someone who thrives in dynamic environments, builds meaningful connections, and is motivated by purposeful work.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in electrical, instrumentation or control systems with the proven ability to apply this technical knowledge to achieve project outcomes;
- Demonstrated expertise in managing projects in alignment with client policies, standards, and specifications.
