Your new role

As an Electrical Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering underground project and expansion activities. You'll oversee electrical crews, ensure safe and compliant work execution, and apply your ventilation knowledge to guide decision‑making underground. The role involves planning and supervising day to day work fronts, coordinating with the maintenance team, and supporting upcoming underground infrastructure growth.

What you'll need to succeed

• Underground mining experience – essential
• Strong understanding of ventilation principles and how they apply to UG electrical work
• Prior experience supervising electrical or project crews underground
• Ability to manage multiple work fronts in an active UG expansion environment
• Strong communication and coordination skills within UG operations
