Electrician

Qualified Electricians are needed for all areas of Perth, paying up to $55ph+ Super/Penalties.

My client, a 40+ year business based in Western Australia, provides design, manufacture, repair and maintenance services across all areas of WA.

Your new role

As a qualified WA Electrician, your role and responsibilities will include:

• Reporting directly to your supervisor
• Supervise and train others in the installation and repair of electrical components
• Utilise simPRO mobile for time keeping
• Adhere to occupational safety guidelines
• Completing required SWMS/JSA/electrical certificates specific to the task
• Record keeping of test results
• Working under the guidelines of the Electrical Standards
• Interpreting construction drawings
• Operating plant/machinery where appropriately licenced and trained.
• Diagnose electrical problems using diagrams or blueprints.
• Install and repair electrical systems.
• Work productively with co-workers and the public,
• Provide professional advice to customers.
• Maintain and repair electrical networks,
• Pinpoint problems using a range of testing devices.
• Safely use various hand and power tools.
• Plan the layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, andfixtures.
• Comply with all safety standards and regulations of the National Electrical Code

What you'll need to succeed

You will need previous experience in a similar role and will need to have a WA A-Grade licence to be considered for the role.

What you'll get in return

The role will be a temporary to permanent role with opportunities to go permanent straight away. You will receive between $50-$55ph + super/penalties.
