In the role of Engineering Manager , you will be part of our Data Technology team, doubling down on moving with speed.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to support with:
- Make real decisions about how to solve business problems with technology, using data technologies
- Have a real voice in which work your team takes through agile planning to develop deep and lasting relationships with NAB's business units and make a difference.
- Make hiring and partnering decisions for your team to build a capability you can be proud to lead.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Experience with data delivery projects
- Experience with engineering projects.
- Strong understanding of Data Architecture, Data modelling and Data Platforms
- Experience with DataBricks platform preferrable
- Strong People & Team Leadership
