Our Construction division provides a range of commercial and industrial construction, retail refurbishment and fit-out solutions across both the Private and Government sectors.

The Opportunity:

As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in both the pre-construction and construction phases of various projects. You will analyse project requirements, complete quantity take offs, prepare accurate cost estimates, and collaborate closely with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Review project drawings and specifications.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and analyse costs of materials, labour, and overheads.
• Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and project details.
• Prepare and present detailed tender submissions for review with senior staff.
• Monitor project costs alongside the project team.
• Assist in the evaluation of contracts and tenders.

About You:

The successful candidate will be a commercially minded and detail-focused construction professional with proven estimating experience, capable of delivering accurate, competitive tenders while working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
• Demonstrated experience delivering projects valued up to $15M
• Strong understanding of construction methods and industry standards
• Excellent analytical and numerical capability
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
