As an Associate Teaching Fellow you will:
- Deliver and provide innovative & effective teaching practices to enhance student success and engagement while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the development of high-quality learning materials activities and assessments working collaboratively with the Unit Chair and teaching team to support curriculum innovation.
- Provide constructive feedback on student performance using clear assessment criteria and actively contribute to moderation processes to ensure consistency and quality of assessment and feedback.
- Engage in professional development opportunities and maintain a commitment to educational excellence.
To be successful youll have:
- A combination of qualifications and/or experience in this discipline or related disciplines deemed equivalent to the minimum academic requirement to be enrolled in or completed a PhD.
- Recent relevant professional practice experience (within the past five years).
- Demonstrated passion for teaching and learning.
- Excellent organisational skills effective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines successfully.
- Ability to deliver effective teaching practices to improve student success and engagement
- Capacity to contribute to teaching and related administration including the ability to interpret and understand policies and procedures relevant to teaching and student support and welfare.
- Interest for transnational education and ability to deliver teaching programs in Australia.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to establish good working relationships with colleagues.
- Emerging record of scholarly learning and teaching in postgraduate or undergraduate programs.
