About the Role

Do you enjoy hands-on, practical work and being part of a team that keeps production moving? We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Feed Mill Operator to join our team at Kinglake West. This is a full-time day shift role, starting at 8:00 AM, Monday to Friday. From manufacturing feed to supporting deliveries and ensuring quality standards, this role is all about teamwork, precision, and efficiency. What You’ll Do

• Assist in manufacturing feed and ensuring quality control standards are met.
• Coordinate inbound raw materials and outbound finished feed deliveries.
• Work closely with fellow operators, drivers, and maintenance staff to keep production flowing.
• Carry out premix preparation, sampling, inventory control, and housekeeping.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to make processes safer and more efficient.
• Follow OHS, food safety, and biosecurity procedures to maintain a safe workplace.

About You

Previous production or manual handling experience is an advantage, but it’s your commitment, adaptability, and willingness to learn that matter most.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in production or manufacturing (preferred).
• Truck licence (HR) (preferred).
• Forklift licence or willingness to obtain (highly desirable).
• Reliability, safety focus, and a positive team attitude.
• Willingness to work in a dusty and physically demanding environment.
