The Ideal Candidate:

**A passionate individual with a Cache L3 qualification or higher (or a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a relevant field, with a Master's degree a plus).

**Proven experience as a Nursery Teacher or similar role.

**Strong understanding of child development theories and best practices.

**Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with children and parents.
