Elysia Wellness Retreat  are seeking enthusiastic  Casual Food & Beverage Attendants  to join our vibrant team. Deliver warm attentive service across our restaurants bars and events ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience in the beautiful Hunter Valley.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly professional service to guests in restaurants bars and during events
• Take orders serve food and beverages and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit
• Set up and clear dining areas maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards
• Assist with event setups and service as required
• Work across breakfast lunch and dinner shifts as per roster

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For:

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience highly regarded
• Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service
• A team player with a positive professional attitude
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
