Your new role
As General Manager, you will lead the end‑to‑end strategy, delivery, and performance of a large national property portfolio supporting a highly operational, multi‑site business. Reporting to a senior executive, this role has full accountability for property strategy, site acquisition, leasing, projects, fit‑outs, and facilities management.
You'll work closely with executive and operational leaders to enable growth, improve portfolio efficiency, and ensure all sites are delivered to brand, budget, compliance, and performance expectations. Leading a multidisciplinary team, you'll balance strategic planning with hands‑on execution across a complex, high‑volume environment.
What you'll need to succeed
- Extensive senior leadership experience managing large, multi‑site property portfolios
- Proven capability across leasing, site acquisition, developments, fit‑outs, and facilities
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budgeting and cost optimisation
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high‑performing teams
- Advanced stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Solid understanding of property law, WHS, compliance, and risk management
