We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a dedicated scheduler to join our team. You will be accountable for the delivery of exceptional quality and productivity with a view to delivery of maximum profit and customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be working in a dynamic, fast-paced and changing environment.
You will be required to work closely with the Operations Manager to cultivate a driven team of professional removalists with a customer centric ethos and attention to detail in everything you do.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning Branch Removal activities
- Develop and enhance the competency of the team to meet and exceed targets
- Ensure monthly compliance is maintained
- Conduct regular quality audits of specified client base and premises
- Assist in the preparation of information to enable biannual removalist skills review and planning
Manage cost to maximise profit
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience within a leadership or supervisory role
- Experience working in a fast paced and changing environment
- Excellent organisational and prioritising skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level business and financial awareness
- Be process driven and analytical
Removals experience preferred, however experience in a similar industry and job capacity will be considered
