About the Role
As our Head of Performance Marketing , you'll manage brand awareness, customer acquisition, and community engagement. This role combines strategy with execution—building marketing plans that deliver measurable results while advocating for inclusion and empowerment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand growth and lead generation.
- Manage performance marketing across paid search (Google, Microsoft) and social (Meta, LinkedIn) to maximise ROI.
- Lead SEO, email marketing, social media, and website optimisation efforts.
- Oversee Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) to improve quality lead conversion.
- Manage HubSpot CRM – including lead data, pipelines, and marketing automation workflows.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and materials.
- Support key marketing initiatives such as events, campaigns, and community engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in performance marketing or a senior marketing role
- Strong track record in campaign strategy, and analytics
- Deep understanding of digital marketing platforms and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Experience in high-growth or mission-led organisations
- Degree in Marketing or a related field
