Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Secondary division
• Lead, motivate, and support a team of secondary teachers and staff
• Develop and implement the Secondary curriculum in alignment with American curriculum standards
• Monitor student progress and achievement, and collaborate with teachers to ensure academic excellence
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students

Requirements to APPLY 

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Teaching certification or license
• Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Experience with the American curriculum
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
