About the Role

As our Hospitality Supervisor, you will be instrumental in ensuring seamless service and memorable experiences across our premium Brand Home in the picturesque Yarra Valley, fostering a high-performing team and contributing to our vibrant culture

Responsibilities:

· Oversee daily front-of-house operations across multiple venues including Restaurant, Lounge, Tasting, Retail, and Events, ensuring seamless service delivery.

· Represent Chandon’s brand and values with pride, supporting the management team in ensuring every experience is delivered to the highest standard.

· Coach and support a high-performing team to deliver memorable hospitality experiences and achieve retail sales objectives.

· Actively contribute to sales targets through confident product recommendations and promoting Club Chandon.

· Drive continuous improvement in service standards and guest satisfaction, identifying and resolving operational issues proactively.

· Ensure the venue’s presentation is maintained to the highest standards, overseeing facilities and operational readiness.

Requirements:

· You possess a minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in a premium, high-volume front-of-house role, with proven experience running service and coordinating events.

· You are a natural leader with strong communication skills, capable of coaching teams and fostering a positive, productive sales culture.

· You have exceptional attention to detail, maintaining high personal presentation and pride in standards, even under pressure.

· You demonstrate a genuine commitment to outstanding guest service, adept at handling requests and complaints with grace.

· You have strong wine and food knowledge, combined with a comprehensive understanding of hospitality operations and best practices.
