The Project
TheTram to Springvale Alliance (TSA) comprising CPB Contractors BMD Constructions and Arup has been selected to deliver the Eastern Freeway Upgrades between Tram and Springvale roads. The major upgrade includes new express lanes upgraded noise walls and revitalised sections of the Koonung Creek Linear Park.
The Project is being delivered under an Alliance Contract with Major Roads Projects Victoria (MRPV) as the Project Owner and TSA (CPB BMD and Arup) as the Non-owner Participants (NOPs). Together they form the Alliance working as one to deliver this critical infrastructure project.
As a key component of the North East Link Program (NELP) this project will provide a safer more efficient freeway connection for over 135000 vehicles daily removing 15000 trucks from local roads and reduce traffic across on the arterial road network crossing the Yarra River by 50000 vehicles per day.

Your opportunity
Reporting to the HR Manager the HR Advisorwill sit within the HR team and be accountable for:
- Coordinating and delivering HR initiatives across the CPB Corporate client group
- Supporting internal stakeholders in managing their people to perform effectively.
Our minimum requirements for this role are:
- Tertiary qualifications in HR Business Management or related discipline
- Experience in coaching and influencing leaders in managing their teams
- Experience in recruitment with exposure to sourcing through social media
- Demonstrated ability to interpret employment contracts and knowledge of relevant employment legislation
- Experience within the engineering/ construction industry.
