Responsibilities
- Ramp up on SnapLogic, Tray, and the team’s engineering standards.
- Design and build workflows, integrations, and automations from requirements through production delivery.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit requirements and translate business needs into robust automated designs.
- Own solutions through monitoring, documentation, supportability, and ongoing operation.
- Contribute to quality reviews and participate in incident response and on-call practices.
- Help shape standards, patterns, and the technology practice for the new Integration team.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building workflows, integrations, or automations through software engineering, integration platforms, or middleware tools.
- Ability to use AI tools to solve logic problems and automate tasks while recognizing when deterministic designs are more appropriate.
- Strong ability to elicit requirements and bridge business needs with technical execution.
- Commitment to delivering quality, monitored, documented, and supportable solutions.
- Growth mindset and comfort working with ambiguity and increasingly complex work.
