Your role

As an intern, you will work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to meaningful projects, and gain insights into the industry.

About you

To join their Internship Program, you must have the following requirements:

• Undergraduate student in their third or fourth year of studies pursuing a degree related to the desired department.
• Must be enrolled in practicum / OJT / internship subject.
• Able to commit to a minimum of 300 hours for the internship.
• Can report onsite at the office in Pedro Gil, Manila.
• Strong academic performance.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Training & development

SAIL (Student Assistance and Intentional Learning) is the OSM Thome Internship Program designed to provide undergraduate students with real-world experience in various departments within the Philippine organization.

Application Process:

1. Submit Application: Create your profile on the portal and fill out your application. Make sure you list your contact information and upload your CV/resume.
2. Online Assessments: Upon submitting your application, keep an eye out for an email containing a link to complete an online assessment. 
3. Interviews: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to go through interviews with the HR team and hiring managers.
4. Offer: Selected students will receive an email from the informing you of your acceptance!
